Desired years of work experience:0-3 years of previous experience in reputed FMCG firm in QualityControl Functions.
Should have Expertise inchemical testing and Food testing as per international standards.
Desired Skills: Knowledge in MS Office & MS Excel,Calibration, Lab equipment handling.
All raw material samples analysis done according tothe specifications.
All online samples must be properly analyze andinform to particular person on time without fail fornext level production.
Incase of production people missing to give onlineand FG sample must inform to production people tocollect samples time basis.
Update the online results in particular log sheet.
Maintain lab usage wares for non delay work.
5s Activ ity: The lab must be clean by every morningin all working day.
All equipments working platformand computer.
Cleaning records must be update after finish thegood cleaning.
All necessary equipment must be calibrated orinternally confirmed every morning. (pH meter, B4 cup,Brookfield, Mosture balance, Weighing balance).
Calibration or internally confirmation records mustbe update after finish the confirmation.
Take WIlP samples, analyze and inform the status to production team for ontime production.
Analyzed raw material samples and results must be create as COA in computer as per our standard saving method and take a print out & put approval, analyzed by signature and put it in file.
Analyzed final product samples and results must be create as coc in computer as per our standard saving method and take a print out & put approval, analyzed by signature and put it in file.
Finished good samples must be retain until shelf life of product.
Cross check the machine parameters related on process when free.
Excess samples must be diluted in particularproduction.
Daily report send to admin team for appraisal.
Monthly report: Raw material and FG testing objectivites report must be send end of the month to Operations manager.
Disposal of glass wares must be in proper method.
