Position : Imports Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an individual who can:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment scheduling in accordance with our requirements.
- Manage the documentation required for material clearance.
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) on various aspects related to shipments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and adapt to new proprietary software as needed.
- Engage in negotiations with vendors within the supply chain, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon payment terms.
- Work closely with banks for Letter of Credit (L/C) issuance, document presentation, rate booking, and handling banking charges.
- Maintain organized hard copies of all import files with efficient recall capabilities.
