About the Role:
The Quality Control & Quality Check Executive will ensure products meet defined quality standards across raw materials, in-process stages, and finished goods. This role involves inspections, documentation, and maintaining food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks across all production stages
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and packaging
Monitor production processes and hygiene standards
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and GHP
Maintain documentation for audits and reporting
Inspect raw materials and coordinate with vendors
Collaborate with QA and production teams
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science or related field
2–4 years of QC experience (preferably in food industry)
Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Ability to work on the production floor
