Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our new product portfolio.
- Collaborate across departments to bring innovative products to market.
- Analyze market share, competitor data, and product opportunities.
- Initiate research to identify consumer needs and guide product design.
- Develop products that meet consumer demands and improve production processes.
- Prioritize concepts through the development process, includ ing formulation and costing, and conduct customer/market tests.
