About the Role :

Responsbie for efficient and profitabie operation of a Tim Hortons store

Maximizes store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, assisting in managing inventory and in controling materials/employees costs

Ensures that the Tim Hortons ‘Guest experience” is consistently provided for all guests, and that they receive the highest quelity
product possibie, implementing efficient and speedy Guest service.

Ensures all company policies, store operating standards and procedures are effectively communicated to Team Members and are
maintained and consistenty followed for profitable operation,

Trains and develops Team Members to Tim Hortons Guest service standards, operating standards and ‘star’ skills. Effectively

communicates new product information to team

Determines daily and weekly staffing requirements

Ensures the proper types and amounts of materials, supplies and merchandise are ordered and stocked.

The following.are essentials for.the.role

Minimum 3yrs. experience tn Food & Beverage tndustry. Experience ina Café establishment is an advantage.
The ebility to handle pressure and meet deadilines.
