Position Title : Plant Head
Place of posting : Nellore, Andhra Pradesh
Qualification : Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Graduation ( any stream ) / Post-Graduation ( any stream )
Experience : 10 to 15 years of manufacturing experience in Food & beverages industry with strong exposure to quality systems and processes.
CTC : Open, based on experience
Roles & responsibilities :
– Overseeing daily business operations.
– Establish, Implement, Monitor Plant Specific Procedures and policies.
– Achieve plant Production goals / Targets.
– Design, Implement & Monitor Safety procedures and policies.
– Coordination with various departments to ensure smooth flow of operations viz Purchase, Production, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance et.,
– Implementation of standards and procedures as per HACCP & ISO standards.
– Conduct performance reviews of various staff in the department connected to the position.
– Review, identifying training and development need of staff.
– Laisioning with govertment bodies
– Establish and Foster positive Community Relations / Public Relations.
Candidate desired profile:
– Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Graduation / Post-Graduation
– 10 to 15 years of manufacturing experience in Food & Beverages / any continuous process industry. Should have experience in material handling equipments
– Strong exposure to quality systems and processes ( HACCP, ISO )
– Advanced administration skills
– Advanced human relation and communication skills
– Moderate financial skills.
