We are looking for a passionate In-Process QA/QC Executive to join our dynamic production team and ensure top-tier quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Conduct QC testing on raw materials (peanuts, grains), in-process samples, and finished products
- Monitor parameters like moisture, aflatoxin, microbial load, and sensory quality
- Perform line inspections, clearances, environmental swabbing, and packaging checks
- Ensure rejection rates remain below 1%
- Maintain proper documentation (batch records, COAs) as per FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards
Compliance Tasks
- Support internal audits and supplier verification processes
- Assist in CAPA implementation for non-conformities
- Participate in customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis
- Ensure hygiene, pest control, and sustainability practices are followed
- Support ISO 22000 and export compliance requirements
Support & Reporting
- Train production staff on quality and hygiene protocols
- Maintain daily QC reports and track defect trends
- Assist in process improvement initiatives
- Learn and implement modern food safety tools (e.g., rapid aflatoxin testing)
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing QA/QC
- Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP)
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
