Qualification and Experience:
B Tech in Food Technology with 8- 10 years of
experience in Spices, Papad, Pickle and Sauces
Production. Experience of IS022000 in previous
organization.
Age: 35- 40 years.

JD Factory Manager
Planning: Review the volume projections for the factory
and devise the budgetary requirements. Ensure adherence
towards the execution of the operational plans within the
stipulated budgets and timelines.
Process Improvement: Ensure overall quality improvement
of processes and systems at the plant. Identify areas
of possible improvement in the current manufacturing
process. Assist factory teams to form cross functional
teams to undertake process improvement initiatives.
Strong co-ordination with Quality Control team.
Production: Ensure delivery of production volume as per
defined timelines. Review production performance on
various defined key performance indicators and carry out
smooth and continuous production run. View overhead
cost variance and provide feedback to take appropriate
actions.
Quality Management: Ensure maintenance of Quality
standards with respect to products, processes and
systems at the plants. Review and evaluate quality
systems to implement quality initiatives.
Plant Performance Evaluation: Review plant performance
reports prepared by the plant teams with respect to
consumption of power, people cost, manufacturing cost,
production yield.

Maintenance Management: Ensure functionality and
reliability of all utilities, line repairs and maintenance and
budget on periodic basis.
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety): Ensure compliance to
all the EHS related guidelines at all times. Following GMP
at factory level. ETP. Fire Safety.
Statutory Compliance (Manufacturing): Understand
the required regulatory guidelines and ensure timely
accreditation of all certificates, licenses in areas such as
pollution control norms, boiler control, FSSAI etc.
Team Development: Ensuring timely training &
development of factory staff helping in their career graph
