Qualification : candidate
Must be B.tech or m.tech in food technology
Experience : 6 to 8 years in RND functions of any food
processing.
Product devlopment and new product devlopment.
Lead support the RND team.for recipe devlopment and
maintain flavour library.
vendor identification and dev
support recipe.
Key Role :
Application of domain knowledge.
Formulation technology
Transfer /innovation to convert ideas as final product.
Should have relevant exp to work with
NPD.quality.
regulatoary in executing the ideas
Dev technology competencies necessary to maintain
healthy pipe line of product.
Responsible for timely and right execution of product
devlopment activities .included formulation evaluation
technology transfer and RND documents coordinating and
managing multidisciplinary project.
Experience in setting up RND unit will be added
advantage.
Product experience
Spices.condiments
Seasoning .
Ready to cook.
Ready to Eat .instant food
spices etC..
Candidate must be willing to travel to unit and Office.
