Job Description:
As the Manager – City QHSE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Supplier Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance/Food Safety processes align with the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing best practices in quality assurance, strategies, and policies.
- Leading supplier development strategies and conducting supplier validation audits.
- Supporting new product launches and managing root cause analysis of supplier quality issues.
- Monitoring supplier product quality and performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Driving the implementation of food safety certification processes and sustainability goals.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance and ensure compliance with standards.
- Conducting periodic audit processes to ensure adherence to statutory and food safety controls.
Requirements:
- Graduation/Post-graduation in Food Technology, Food Science, or Microbiology.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food industry, preferably in FMCG, E-commerce, and Retail.
- Expertise in Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Certification in BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 45000, or ISO 14000.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
