Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in bakery production (preferred).
- Knowledge of bakery preparation, processing, and production line operations.
- Basic understanding of New Product Development (NPD), recipe trials, and product standardisation.
- Ability to manage production activities and maintain product quality.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and GMP will be an added advantage.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
