QC AGRO EXECUTIVE
Elanadu Group of Companies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-conscious QC Agro Executive to join our team in Thrissur, Kerala!

Location: Elanadu, Thrissur, Kerala
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Qualification: Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor product quality, processing standards, and packaging requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene practices, and quality procedures.
- Implement and monitor GMP, GHP, and relevant FSSAI requirements.
- Maintain quality control records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
- Monitor sanitation, housekeeping, and hygiene standards.
- Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and food safety standards.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and operational teams.
