Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Identify and report any deviations from quality standards and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality tests and inspection results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Participate in the development and review of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members on quality control processes and procedures.
