- Operations Executive:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Operations Supervisor:
- Supervise and train operational staff.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Shift Controller:
- Schedule and assign tasks to shift employees.
- Monitor shift activities and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain communication between shifts for seamless transitions.
- Quality Executive:
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure product integrity.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of production.
- Investigate and resolve any qual ity-related issues.
