About the Role:
As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will:
Monitor and continuously ensure food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Train the kitchen team on various SOPs, quality and food safety standards.
Help prepare the kitchen to comply with FSSAI standards and other internal audits.
Proactively check the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory methods and proper documentation.
Handle customer complaints by conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and providing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Analyze data to understand regional performance on key metrics.
Be ready to travel to different locations within the city.
