Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Analyze inspection data and generate reports on quality metrics and product defects.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust processes as necessary.
- Ensure the availability of required tools, including calibrated measuring equipment.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and records.
- Support production teams in resolving quality-related issues and providing technical guidance.
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in B. Pharma, M. Pharma, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the personal care or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality control methods and techniques.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
