Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor food safety & hygiene standards
- Train kitchen teams on SOPs and quality practices
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and internal audits
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials
- Handle customer complaints using RCA & CAPA
- Analyze data for performance insights
Requirements:
- 6+ months experience in Quality Assurance (Food Industry)
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Background in Food Technology / Food Science
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
