Qualification: B.Tech (Mandatory)
Experience: 6+ years in the FMCG Food or Beverages industry, with experience in a managerial role

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations to achieve production targets.
Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead and mentor production teams while ensuring a safe and collaborative work environment.
Monitor production schedules, equipment performance, and resource utilization.
Coord inate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and reduce wastage.
