Hiring | Production Executive – Ghee Manufacturing
Prabha Dairy is looking for an experienced Production Executive to join our manufacturing team. If you have hands-on experience in the Ghee Manufacturing Industry and are passionate about driving production excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
Location: Giridih, Jharkhand
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (In-hand) + Accommodation
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily ghee production operations and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
Achieve production targets as per the production plan.
Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, quality, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments for seamless operations.
Maintain production records, batch reports, and process documentation.
Monitor manpower deployment and shop-floor activities.
Optimize raw material utilization and minimize production losses.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards across the production area.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Eligibility:
Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Mandatory experience in the Ghee Manufacturing Industry.
Strong understanding of dairy operations, ghee production processes, and quality standards.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
