Role Objective:
As a Quality Executive at Moreish Foods Ltd, your role is crucial in driving the Quality and Production function to ensure strict adherence to quality processes, resulting in the consistent delivery of high-quality products and processes.

Job Description:
We are currently offering two positions: one for a Senior Quality Executive and another for a Fresher Quality Executive.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Align with the company’s strategic goals while upholding its vision and mission.
2. Production:

• Adhere to production processes.

• Allocate batch manufacturing cards.
• Achieve production targets.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Oversee execution and inspection of incoming and outgoing products to meet quality standards.
• Implement GMP systems, validate processes, and maintain documentation.

1. Quality Checks:

• Thoroughly check raw materials, packing materials, and consumables.
• Conduct quality analysis of all products, including raw materials and packing materials.
• Perform Work in Progress (WIP) checks.
• Monitor final product quality.
• Implement CAPA recommendations and recommend necessary training.
• Investigate and resolve product non-compliance issues.
• Adhere to FDA and GMP regulations.
• Ensure compliance with labeling and marking requirements.

1. Lab Samples:

• Map technical production processes.
• Ensure pilot batches meet established standards.

1. Documentation:

• Maintain records of all quality tests.
• Manage production records.
• Organize QC documents for traceability and completeness as per customer norms and certification guidelines.
• Certify final product quality.
• Ensure on-time and accurate documentation on the production floor.
• File Daily Production Reports promptly.

1. Manpower Management:

• Develop the skills of team members.
• Allocate tasks to the team based on requirements.

1. Machine Upkeep:

• Maintain and upkeep company tools and equipment.
• Ensure timely software updates and backups.

1. Coordination with External Agencies:

• Coordinate sample testing for finished products.
• Ensure adherence to instrument calibration processes.

1. Third-Party Quality Check:

• Coordinate and ensure quality clearance.

1. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
   • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
   • Maintain hygiene practices for manpower, machines, and plants.
2. Reporting:
   • Submit all required reports as per management needs.
   • Attend all scheduled meetings.
3. Any other tasks assigned by management based on business requirements.

• Adherence to specifications.
• Timeliness of sample testing.

1. Machine Upkeep:

• Timely maintenance and adherence to norms.

1. Internal Quality Audits and HSE:

• Timeliness of target achievement.
• Full compliance with quality and safety regulations.

1. Reporting and Documentation:

• Timeliness and accuracy of reports and documentation.

1. Zero Delay:

• Complete adherence to zero-delay policy.
