Job Summary: We are in search of an astute and accomplished Research and Development Manager to assume a pivotal role within our organization. This multifaceted position involves spearheading research initiatives, strategic planning, and the seamless execution of innovative programs and protocols across our diverse operations. You will be at the helm of the entire product development lifecycle, contributing actively from inception through implementation and production. Your acumen will extend to assessing costs associated with new product endeavors and making informed decisions on which concepts warrant pursuit. Qualifications:
