Job Responsibilities:
- Document discussions, testing, and FSSAI/HACCP documentation
- Create SOPs and production protocols
- Develop factory manuals, joblets, and lab design criteria
- Maintain a vendor library for lab equipment and consumables
- Develop BRC and FSSAI checklists and process flow diagrams
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in food technology
- Excellent business, sales, and networking skills
- Strong project management and analytical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications:
- B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Food Technology
