Role: Quality Executive
Key Responsibilities: • Implement GMP and food safety practices across the plant
• Prepare documentation and ensure plant readiness for audits
• Conduct daily QA verifications and ensure compliance
• Monitor and maintain hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Coordinate with Production and other departments for continuous improvement
QUALITY EXECUTIVE|BCFoods
Requirements:
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food processing industry (dehydrated food experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and other food safety standards
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Audit handling experience will be an added advantage
