Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Zero Food Safety Complaints from schools.
- Ensure 100% compliance with FIFO & FEFO requirements in stores.
- Maintain accurate daily updates of 13 quality metrics.
- Ensure 100% acceptance of raw materials as per specifications and from approved suppliers.
- Update ERP approvals with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct Theoretical Nutritional Value (NV) calculations and BOM modifications.
- Consistently achieve GMP scores above 90% (Green Zone).
- Ensure 100% laboratory nutritional value compliance for all menus.
- Maintain 100% NV compliance in daily menus with zero deviation in variance reports.
- Conduct daily sensory evaluation of cooked meals, targeting a 9/10 score.
- Implement EHS standards in designated kitchens.
- Drive kitchen certifications under ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 45001:2018, where applicable.
- Ensure zero major NCs and ≤3 minor NCs dur ing external FSMS & EHS audits.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory and training calendars.
- Monitor and verify personal, plant and vehicle hygiene.
- Support implementation of paperless QA documentation systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the QA application.
- Manage audits, certifications and compliance reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/PG in Food Technology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
- Knowledge of ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 45001:2018.
- Expertise in Nutritional Value calculations and ERP systems.
- Strong capabilities in QA documentation and digital systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to zero-deviation standards.
- Ability to manage audits, certifications and compliance activities.
