PRODUCT MANAGER – DAIRY PRODUCTS (FMCG)
Location: Ahmedabad – Factory-Based
Experience: 4–7 Years
Age: 40+ Preferred
Salary: Up to ₹55,000 CTC/Month
Industry: Dairy / FMCG
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage dairy product portfolios
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement & Sales teams
• Monitor product performance, market trends & customer feedback
• Support New Product Development (NPD) and product launches
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality & regulatory standards
• Analyze sales data and prepare product performance reports
• Manage packaging, labeling & branding activities
• Work with Marketing & Distribution teams to support product growth
• Optimize product profitability and operational efficiency
• Maintain product specifications and process documentation

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Dairy/FMCG products
• Product management & market analysis skills
• Understanding of manufacturing & quality processes
• Strong communication & coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP & reporting tools

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or a related field
