We are looking for an experienced and qualified pr ofessional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – QA/QC
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory norms.
- Monitor GMP, GHP, HACCP, SOPs, and SSOPs across poultry processing operations.
- Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure process hygiene, product quality, food safety, and cold-chain compliance.
- Maintain audit records, quality reports, product specifications, and traceability documentation.
- Manage customer and regulatory portal submissions.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- M.Tech / Postgraduate degree in Food Technology: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in poultry processing and food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000, BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, and GHP.
- Expertise in customer quality management, audit coordination, and CAPA management.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
