- Experience Required: 10-12 years
- Job Profile: As the Manager – Costing Plant, you will oversee the costing functions of our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will ensure cost efficiency and optimal financial performance of our plant.
- Salary Range: Up to 15 Lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems for the manufacturing plant.
- Analyze production costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Prepare cost reports and monitor cost variances.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with cost accounting standards.
- Implement best practices in cost management and control.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize processes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
