Job Summary:
As a Formula & Regulatory Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within our OSE team at the Plant. Your expertise will ensure that our products adhere to approved formulas, reflecting our commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure correctness of Bill of Materials (BOM) & master data setup, aligning with approved formulas.
- Setup, review, and cross-validate BOM and master data for various scenarios, including reformulations and business continuity programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy in manufacturing recipe and labeling.
- Generate product labels and SDS to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regulatory expertise, ensuring compliance with GHS, Customs, and Health authorities regulations.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Food Quality Assurance, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and manufacturing workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in SAP and MDM work experience, familiarity with quality systems and processes.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis, reporting, and trend identification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Thorough understanding of central and local regulatory requirements related to food safety.
- Decision-making ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work under pressure.
