Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage Cheddar & Mozzarella production operations • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Food Safety standards • Drive production efficiency, yield optimization, and cost control • Coordinate with maintenance and production planning teams • Monitor OEE, product recovery, and packing material losses • Maintain production records, MIS reports, and shift documentation • Promote workplace safety, hygiene, and continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Profile: 5–6 years of experience in Cheddar & Mozzarella manufacturing Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Dairy Technology or Dairy Science Strong knowledge of cheese manufacturing processes and SCADA operations Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, and ISO requirements Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
