Position: Food Technologist – R&D (Frozen Desserts & Yogurt)
Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh (Full-time, on-site)
What You’ll Do: Develop and standardize frozen yogurt and frozen dessert formulations
Work with probiotics, Greek yogurt bases, and clean-label ingredients
Create low-sugar products using Stevia and other natural sweeteners
Conduct shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and stability testing
Scale formulations from lab trials to commercial production
Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and quality standards
Who We’re Looking For: 3–7 years of hands-on R&D experience in frozen desserts, dairy, yogurt, or ice cream manufacturing
Strong knowledge of formulation, stabilizers, emulsifiers, and alternative sweeteners
Experience in factory-floor product development and commercialization
Self-driven professionals excited to build products from scratch in a startup environment
