Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the entire production process
Lead production planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Ensure strict quality control and food safety standards
Drive operational excellence and production efficiency
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a safe and productive manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of production/manufacturing experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience in ice cream, gelato, frozen desserts, or food manufacturing is highly preferred
Knowledge of HACCP, SOPs, quality control, and production scaling
