Executive – HSEQ at GoKhana
About the Role: Executive – HSEQ:
The Executive – HSEQ is responsible for overseeing complex audits, investigations, and inspections within The BUSY Group. This role will support externally contracted providers to ensure compliance with regulations, processes, and controls. You will work closely with the Health & Safety Manager to conduct Food Safety audits and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct food safety audits in line with FSSAI requirements.
- Execute customized audits across Catering/Base Kitchen Audits and Live Kitchen Audits.
- Submit reports within 2 working days.
- Follow up on non-conformance closure for both internal and external audits.
- Ensure that corrective actions for non-conformities are implemented effectively.
- Support preparation for external audits.
- Participate in root cause analysis for identified non-conformities or complaints.
- Verify the effectiveness of corrective action implementation.
Prerequisites:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, Hotel Management, or Catering Technology from a recognized university.
- Preferred Certifications: Accredited Lead Auditor Course in Food Safety Management System (ISO22000/FSSC22000).
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, hygiene, sanitary practices, process knowledge, allergen management, etc.
- Certifications: Certified internal auditor on ISO 22000 / HACCP / FosTac.
- Strong knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
