Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Management:
- Identify and source quality suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement budgets.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Inventory Control:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands.
- Implement inventory tracking systems to avoid discrepancies.
- Store Operations:
- Manage store personnel and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders as needed.
- Vendor Relations:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Address any issues with supplier deliveries and resolve conflicts.
- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, procurement activities, and store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities.
