Job Description
a. Set daily/ weekly/ monthly objectives and communicate it to downline staff
b. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
c. Oversee operations and train downline staff
d. Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
e. Allocation of manpower & labor management
f. Check production output as per specifications
g. Submit reports on production h. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest Improvements
i. Enforce strict safety norms and SOP
Qualification:B Tech in Food Technology
Experience: 2-5 years in the food industry (Papad/ pickle/ spices preferred)
