Job Opportunity: Sales & Marketing Executive – Food Technology
Qualification: M.tech/B.tech in Food Technology
Experience: 2-3 years in Sales & Marketing
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop B2B relationships within the Bakery, Protein industry, Snack, Premix, Beverages, RTD, RTE, QSR, and online food businesses segments.
- Own and drive introductions of new ingredients and concepts to both existing and new customers/accounts, aligning with the company’s sales policy.
- Manage sales by exploring customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure strategic alignment to marketing/sales approach using business drivers, capabilities, and relating it to product/market segmentation, pricing, positioning, etc.
- Continuously learn about market happenings, understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, and compete with a strong value proposition.
- Translate sales budget into broader sales objectives with a focus on customer-centricity.
- Take direct responsibility for sales and customer experience.
- Drive sales by developing potential customers through concept selling and creating a project pipeline for our ingredients.
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to create distinctive value.
