You will lead complex flavour development projects and
innovations in the Sweet Goods and additionally to the
Reporting line and location
You will report to our Regional Technical Head. We ask
that you be 100% office presence in Mumbai, India.
Main Areas Of Responsibilities Creation: Based on customer requests and market insights, you will create new flavours using the latest flavour technologies, ingredient innovations, market and consumer and sensory insights, and a unique pallet of raw materials.
Prepareflavour samples, technology performance
assessment, and physical testing,
Create new flavours or modify existing ones for
projects, internal testing needs, or new technology
Coordinate the evaluation of materials developed internally or from external sources and assess the
potential for flavour creation;
Collaboration: Within your creation mandate, you will
work in close collaboration with the regional Marketing,
Application, Commercial, Consumer research & Sensory
Insights teams to apply new tools and inputs for new
flavour creations for Sweet Goods and Beverage
Maintain relationships with a broad range of internal &
external partners to gain their trust and respect.
Complete daily brief-related tasks and manage
assigned projects and provide flavours that meet all
the defined customer needs, manufacturing practices,
sample scale-up, production requirements, and
Lead occasional customer visits for flavour creation
and product presentations.
Resolve flavour production issues and customer
Leadership and being a role model: Create, collaborate
and lead by example!
Provide technical leadership in projects
Oversee flavour assistants and guide their development
Proactively takes responsibility to build a diverse and inclusive environment and uses differences in styles,
thinking and approaches
Be a role model in knowledge-sharing
Your Desired Skills
15+ years of relevant experience as a Flavourist
Expert palate and tasting skills, to understand how to
adjust and modify a flavour formulation
Knowledge of raw materials, flavour ingredients,
analytical methodologies (G.C. HPLC, Mass Spec.) and
Has flavour creation experience in preferably both
Sweet Goods and Beverage segments
Quick to understand company-specific flavour creation
solvent and carrier systems
Complete Givaudan’s or any industry equivalent
Flavourist Training program isa plus.
Strong project management and presentation skills.
Customer focus – as being an interface with internal
and external partners and customers about flavour
Always find a solution – serve as the technical expert
to resolve flavour production issues and customer
complaints Excellent proficiency in English.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food
Science, Chemistry & Biology, or Master’s Degree

Job Description :-
Role: – SCM – Bakery Ops Manager
Designation :- Sr. Manager
Location :- Gr. Noida
Experience :- 12-15 Years
Key Responsibilities :-
Responsible for P&L for the SC Cost the Bakery ops.
Responsible for handling the WH Ops for the bakery
Ensure the FEFO / FIFO is maintained and adhered
to for dispatches.
Need to ensure to achieve target KPl’s for OTIF, LFR,
OFR for the shipments.
Maintain the Crate Inventory and ensure that the
crate tracking system is maintained for each
Handle the end-to-end logistics operations for the
delivery, and return logistics for the crates from the
Drive cost saving initiatives to control the logistics
cost with overall supply chain cost.
Will need to have the focused approach on customer service (distributors, retailers, and QSR) with quick resolution to customer complaints.
Should be having exposure to SAP and TMS.
Experience of handling ambient & cold chain
Need to have very good analytical and strategical
capabilities to develop and grow the operations.
Ensure the regular cycle count and monthly
inventory count process is adhered to and the
discrepancy is notified for FG stock and Crates.
Need to have check on the crate credit provided to
the distributor network and ensure that new
distributor on board is having the crate credit at
commencement of business.
Onboarding new transport partners for the
outstation and local deliveries.
Ensure the network and route optimization is done
on a regular basis considering the new customers
getting added to bring the efficiency to the system.
