Job Description:
Ghost Kitchens India is searching for a seasoned Food and Beverage Operations Leader to oversee and optimize our F&B operations, includ ing cloud kitchens, QSRs, and other formats. As the leader in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and customer satisfaction. Your main focus will be on efficiently managing F&B orders, staff, and finances to maximize sales and revenue. You will play a crucial role in driving profitability and owning the P&L of your business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and maintain the highest standards.
Take ownership of the P&L.
Explore expansion opportunities.
Develop outstanding menus, source goods, and continuously improve offerings.
Identify and proactively address customer needs and concerns.
Lead and develop the F&B team through recruitment, training, and performance appraisal.
Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
Foster an ownership culture, emphasizing motivation and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Provide management with regular reports on sales results and productivity.
Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience in food and beverage management.
Proficiency in various computer software programs, including MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective delegation skills for managing multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
Ability to manage personnel and achieve financial targets.
Guest-oriented and service-minded approach.
Culinary school diploma or a degree in food service management or a related field.
