Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive in Quality Control. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects, including microbial limit testing, environmental monitoring, water testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbial limit tests on raw materials and finished products
- Perform primary packaging material testing, including bioburden tests
- Execute environmental monitoring using settal plates and air sampling
- Conduct water testing through membrane filtration, pouring method, and pathogen testing
- Oversee personnel monitoring and disinfectant testing
- Maintain and subculture pure cultures, conduct GPT, and handle disinfectant testing
- Prepare trend charts for water and environmental monitoring
- Develop and validate SOPs for autoclave and incubator activities
- Ensure good documentation and adherence to microbiology practices
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc/MSc in Microbiology
- 4 to 8 years of experience in the Chemical & Pharma industry
