Position: Executive- Quality Assurance
Responsibilities:
- Address quality concerns promptly from customers and the market.
- Gather feedback from consumer trial team, conduct sensory analysis, and adjust products as needed.
- Develop internal and external audit systems for process and hygiene enhancement in the plant.
- Record product batch codes, analyze raw and finished materials, and maintain documentation.
- Perform physical and chemical analyses in line with Bikanervala specifications.
- Monitor and control customer complaints, online manufacturing processes, and reduce issues like foreign bodies, leakages, and rejection rates.
- Document training hours provided to stakeholders.
Location: Greater Noida Plant
