Job Description:
As a Senior Officer – Process Compliance in Manufacturing, you will be pivotal in ensuring GMP and GSP compliance at contract manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities include monitoring shop floor activities, conducting GMP rounds, reviewing manufacturing and packaging processes, and providing support for troubleshooting. Additionally, you will play a key role in investigating non-conformances, identifying root causes, implementing CAPA, and tracking open investigations. Routine updates on manufacturing investigations, collaboration with project teams, and effective communication with clients are also part of your responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure cGMP and GSP compliances at CM sites.
- Monitor shop floor activities and conduct GMP rounds.
- Review manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Support troubleshooting during manufacturing and packaging activities.
- Manage investigations, identify root causes, and implement CAPA.
- Track open investigations and action items for timely closure.
- Compile daily observations and provide routine updates on manufacturing investigations.
- Drive visual management process to track progress and escalate as needed.
- Organize cross-functional resources to support investigations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in Food Technology, M.Pharmacy, Nutrition Science, or Mechanical with food industry experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in QA/Manufacturing in the Pharma/Nutraceutical/Food industry.
- Skills: Result-oriented, team player, leadership capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
