Position: Production Team Leader – Short Term Assignment (STA) – 1 Year

As a Production Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success. We are seeking candidates with prior production experience who possess a meticulous attention to detail and take immense pride in their work quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare beverage and beverage base batches based on lab sheets provided by developers, ensuring quality and timely production. Also, prepare consumables and finished goods for production/shipment.
Analyze essential beverage parameters, including brix, acidity, pH, carbonation, and taste.
Monitor processes to maintain production parameters within specifications and address equipment microbiological conditions as needed.
Collaborate with Product Developers to clarify production processes and report any non-conformities.
Offer guidance, expertise, and training on specific pilot plant equipment.
Collaborate across departments and with management to troubleshoot and maximize production efficiencies.
Act as the primary Trainer for new employees, conducting training classes on policies, processes, standard work, lean tools, and new/revised systems requirements.
Implement the plant reliability strategy, tracking performance and maintaining relevant data and records.
Manage documentation and records to ensure completeness, currency, security, and easy retrieval.
Review and update existing standards, specifications, and requirements to align with regulatory and customer changes and support new product development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in understanding and addressing machine malfunction alarms efficiently.
Working knowledge of beverage applications, basic parameters, industrial food hygiene principles, and ERP environment.
Competency in brix/acidity/pH/CO2 analysis is advantageous.
Forklift and Hi-Lift certified or ability to become certified within a reasonable timeframe.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under stress.
Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office, One Note, SAP, and Infinity Quality System.
