Job Title: Manager, Food Production Planning & Cor

Location: Bengaluru Kempegowda International Airport

Key Responsibilities :-
Responsible to planned production schedule for Plant manufacturing

Responsible in Food Safety and Quality of Food
Standards being adhered and ensure on-time delivery
of safe and quality product to customers.

Responsible for Costing and Manufacturing variance in accordance to target financial budgets.

Responsible for Manufacturing plant transformation
into automation process-based manufacturing at new

Manage and responsible for 5 S within the
Manufacturing plant

Able to handle all audits requirement.

Prepare production in accordance to recipes and BOM (Bills of Material), raise issues with BOM and other
production matter to Head of Manufacturing. Ensure
production records are recorded and track (PO, Indent, Produced Quantity, Wastages)

Ensure all production are executed in accordance to
production plan

Preparation of Production plans for effective utilization
of resOurces.

Effective management of Production planning as per
demand forecasting.

Material planning i.e. Raw material, Packaging etc. as
per demand forecast.

Ensure manufacturing plants follow the planning
process and report routinely.

Manage Finished goods warehouse, maintain
warehouse hygiene, and regulate stock movement to
ensure space for production.

Ensure that all produce are co-ordinate to transfer to
warehouse and ensure all production are produce
based on BOM and Recipes.

Adhere to SFSI food safety guidelines at all times.

Ensure health, safety, environment and quality policy and procedures are being followed through, including Halal requirement.

Maintain basic food hygiene record and register for refresher course for both Executive and Staffs

Demonstrate strong two-way communications skills.
Conveys information and ideas in an open, articulate,
and timely manner. Considers cultural differences and
others’ perspectives when communicating.

Key Requirements :-
Degree/Diploma in Business or other related fields with at least 5 years of related working experien

Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and results-oriented

Proficient in MS Office

Having experience working on ERP systems

Possession of food knowledge and production
processes is an added advantage

Well organized in work and have a systematic
approach to problem-solving.

Having an open and objective mindset when
addressing issues and/or offering solutions.

Ability to prioritize work well and have good decisions
making skills in a fast paced environment.
