Position: Production Executive
Location: Ranjangaon, Pune
Your Future Role:
As a Production Executive, your primary responsibility is to oversee the efficient operation of our powder production shifts. Your mission includes ensuring the safe and on-time delivery of products with a 100% First-Time-Right (FTR) rate. You’ll execute operations efficiently, focusing on equipment performance, quality, people development, and asset care while collaborating closely with all stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Powder Production at our Pune site, this role is perfect for those who have a genuine passion for the world of flavors and taste solutions, enjoy staying ahead of the curve, strive to exceed customer needs, deliver value, and excel at building strong relationships.
In this exciting position, your key responsibilities include:
- Promoting safety improvements and ensuring legal compliance during production.
- Playing a pivotal role in developing a safety culture on the shop floor.
- Managing area, equipment, and infrastructure maintenance with the technical team’s support.
- Ensuring adherence to production standards and documentation.
- Meeting or exceeding daily production shift performance goals.
- Collaborating with QM/EHS/HR/Admin teams for statutory, regulatory, system, customer audit preparation, and clearance.
- Utilizing SAP systems effectively.
- Optimizing resource utilization through production planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Fostering technical availability and people development within a quality system framework.
- Applying root cause analysis for identifying and resolving issues, with a systematic problem-solving approach.
- Having a technical background in production process equipment.
- Implementing best-in-class production systems and working in automated facilities.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills using statistical tools and setting up standards with centerline processes.
- Overseeing IPQC equipment and ensuring the First-Time-Right process through internal inspections.
- Managing production consumables inventory.
- Implementing CGMP standards.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in the maintenance of food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries.

Your professional pr ofile should include:
- A degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Production Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with strong exposure to world-class production system implementation/execution.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of industrial experience in core production, ideally in state-of-the-art FMCG/Chemical/Pharma plants. Additional technical exposure is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
