Position: Production Manager – Battery Manufacturing Unit

Responsibilities:
As a Production Manager at Deepak International Ltd, you’ll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our battery manufacturing unit. Your primary responsibilities encompass:
- Production Oversight: Direct and supervise all production activities, ensuring efficient and safe production of top-tier batteries.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Enhance and streamline production processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold product quality.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to quality control measures, meeting industry standards and exceeding customer expectations.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate manpower and equipment to meet production targets and timelines.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety protocols, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and materials procurement to prevent shortages and minimize excess.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in the battery manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in leadership and production management.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of battery production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven atmosphere.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Safety Focus: Commitment to employee safety and compliance with industry regulations.
- Resource Optimization: Strong resource management skills, optimizing manpower and equipment effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
