Job description :
Support technical R&D functions such as product
prototype development, pilot trials, commercial scale
up process, finished product analysis, improvements,
research, and record development.

Defining the product
specifications and ensuring new product is safe and
profitable with SOPs.

Defining the Product characteristics
of safe product by monitoring, and analysing shelf life of
each formulation based on sensorial, physical, chemical,
and microbiological parameters.

Desired Technical Skills :
Must have least 5 years of experience in an R&D role
for a food manufacturing company.

Must have technical expertise on Ready To Eat and Ready to Use processed food categories

Must have sound knowledge of Technology
processes, ingredients, additives, for gravies, pastes
(semi- liquid) and sauces.

Highly technical/scientific acumen and familiarity with
food ingredient raw materials

Should have Retort Technology/thermal processing experience

Must be conversant with the end to end life cycle of
product design – from concept to tech transfer.

Should have good understanding on food regulations
and quality management

Should have fair knowledge on packaging science as
well
