Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and legal requirements.
Investigate and report near misses, incidents, and accidents.
Organize safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
Monitor PPE usage and adherence to safe work practices.
Promote a strong safety culture across the plant.
Qualification
B.Tech. / Diploma in Safety, Industrial Safety, or equivalent.
