Position Summary:
As a Lean Manufacturing Executive, you will champion the culture of “Continuous Improvement” in collaboration with department heads. You’ll support cross-functional initiatives for Ferrero Operational Excellence and identify opportunities for process enhancement. Your role will involve analyzing plant processes, driving projects for local improvement, and aligning strategies with global standards.

Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement with department heads and the SSP Manager, following Professional Family guidelines.
Gather ideas and activities for project standardization and improvement, ensuring the attainment of expected outcomes through allocated resources.
Collaborate on cross-functional FOX (Ferrero Operational Excellence) initiatives in line with the plant’s overarching strategies.
Analyze plant processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and select local projects in coordination with department heads to achieve industrial excellence.
Translate global-level strategies into actionable plans for the plant.
Encourage and motivate plant functions to seek optimal solutions in managing available production resources and cross-processes.
Ensure the effective application of Project Management tools and methods throughout the plant.
Execute Continuous Improvement Projects for Operational Excellence, aiming to create a World-Class Manufacturing Plant.
Provide support to the SSP Manager in implementing the Factory Strategy and managing the Master Plan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food technology or engineering.
4 to 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma improvement practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, data analysis, Excel, communication, and presentation skills.
