
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of food processing/food manufacturing experience
- Experience in food safety and quality management
- Qualification as Auditor/Consultant in at least one GFSI-recognized standard:
- ISO 22000
- FSSC 22000
- SQF
- BRCGS
- Global GAP
- Strong knowledge of food and allied product manufacturing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Ability to work independently from a remote location
Auditor I – Food Production
- Schedule and conduct Food Safety & Quality audits
- Evaluate supplier compliance with food safety standards
- Perform supplier assessments and plant audits
- Investigate product failures and customer complaints
- Verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Develop audit plans and work schedules
- Prepare detailed audit reports
- Communicate audit findings to suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with program representatives and project managers
- Ensure compliance with GFSI and client-specific requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
