Key Responsibilities: • Lead Quality & Food Safety agenda across co-manufacturing sites. • Drive AIB audit readiness and GFSI certifications. • Implement and sustain Q&FS policies and standards. • Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement. • Support new product introductions and quality validations. • Lead capability-building initiatives and training programs. • Manage consumer complaint reduction and packaging quality improvements.
Manager – Food Quality Control (Co-man)
Eligibility: • Graduate in Food Technology, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, or related field. • 6+ years of experience in food manufacturing/snacks operations. • Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality management systems. • Lead Auditor certification in FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 9001 preferred. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
