Position Description:
Role: Customer Service Officer
Function: Replenishment
Location: Corporate Office, Bangalore

Job Purpose:
Drive data analysis for the Replenishment team and champion warehousing excellence from the center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Management & Customer Service:
  • Supervise daily MIS on CRS, PDP & CFR/LFR compliance
  • Monitor warehouse overheads, detentions, and secondary utilization
  • Oversee Depot Operational efficiencies for throughput, truck turnaround, and labor
  • Prevent obsolescence and facilitate necessary actions
  • Implement Depot SOPs and statutory controls
  • Ensure timely warehouse audits, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Drive best practices and monitor warehousing CAPEX and procurements

Education Qualification:
Graduation/Post Graduation in Management (preferred)

Experience:
3-5 years in Logistics Management & Customer Service

Stakeholders:
Internal – Demand Planning, Regional Customer Service & Logistics Manager, Planning Team, Transportation Team, Legal Team, Regional Customer Service Teams, Sales Team
External – C&F, Transporters, Vendors
